The leasing package requires the signing of a six month lease and the payment of the first and six months rent. The additional months payment would be used as a deposit until the sixth months payment came due and then would be applied to that payment. Multiple room packages will consist of the same furniture listed above, but in each additional bedroom we will add a chest, night stand with lamp, headboard and full size* box spring and mattress. If requested, a table with six chairs can be substituted in place of the standard dining room furnishings for $5.00 additional |

Davis Rentals rents TV's, VCR's, Stereos and Appliances to add separately. We also rent IBM compatible PC's and notebook computers as well as printers, video converters and more.
