How to Advance Order:

1. Click and print on your
   printer either Individual
   or Business application.

2. Click and print the
   Order form.

3. Fill out the application
   and check the items
   you desire on the
   order form

4. Fax or mail these
   forms to us.

5. We will contact you
   about accepting your
   Application.

The forms that are available from the above links are the actual
rental agreement forms for Davis Rentals
Once you have printed, completed, mailed or faxed these forms
to us, you will not have to fill them out again.

However, you will still need to visit us with your drivers
license and payment prior to delivery.

Rental rates are based on month to month periods. Paid in advance
Six month leases require the first and sixth month in advance.

We accept Visa,  Master Charge, American Express or your
Company Check
